We did a whole bunch of work on it to fix it all up and make it liveable. I guess "whole bunch" is a bit of an understatement.
Then we moved in, right before Christmas 2004. My family came to visit, and we had Christmas at our house. It was not quite done. Here's some baby Mason for you as well.
This one doesn't really show the house much, but tiny Ella pretending to drink a beer is too funny to pass up.
We did a lot more work over the years: flooring, kitchen counters, paint. And this is how it looked when we moved out. Finished, clean, and beautiful. It took a few long days and late nights to get it looking this good, but it's done and the tenants are in, so hurray!

What a great photo gallery, I never saw those early "before" pictures. And you both looked so young!
Whoa, I didn't really realize how much work you guys put into your old house. I am beyond impressed. Hope you are settling in well!
